Monk came to us to create the customer touch points of the business. The company seeking to capitalize on the remote work boom, providing a unique experience to those in the high-tech space to reimagine remote work. We did so through Branding and a web prototype.

Process

I lead our team through a 10 week design sprint process, all planned and organized using coda an organization software. This included activities and checkpoints to keep team members acountable and stakeholders up-to-date. As a part of this process I additionally assigned the team assignments to be able to analyze the core problem which we were creating a digital solution for (this included but was not limited to competitive analysis, road maps, and information architecture, AB testing).
Outcome

The end result was a prototype of a landing page and the initial branding and brand guidelines. This project created a great opportunity for learning, especially demonstrating the critical necessity of pivoting. From sticking to the client vision as creatives, to the amalgamation and refinement of the branding and prototype — we were able to create a product that satisfies the client's needs while also making sure we speak to that high-end worker.

Another challenge that we overcame in the process of reaching this goal was pinpointing the customer essence. So, as mentioned above — honing in on a branding kit brought the customer to life in the brand, through the creation of brand voice and other aspects of the kit such as photography usage.

The case study for the project is viewable here.
